Our Course
Overview
This course equips experienced group fitness instructors with the knowledge and skills necessary to safely design and lead high-intensity functional fitness (HIFIT) classes for adults aged 50 and over. The course is based on current research evidence and best practices for exercise prescription in older adults, with a focus on safety, modifications, and optimizing function.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
